RESCUE 2027 PLANS TO FIX NIGERIA

MANIFESTOS

My Plans in all sectors would majorly  benefit the forgotten Youths  of Nigeria.

They have been forgotten for so long. Used and dumped  generational Youths who have lost hope in their Nation.
 
They survive everyday on the street ,sleep without hope of next day will be better  They sleep and wake up with their  dreams not knowing if it will ever come to pass.
 
The only alternative to achieving it in life to many is traveling abroad .some into rituals, some into many immoral acts.i don’t blame you, I get it and I promise you, we will  fix this folks.
 
Firstly, We wil  retire everyone in the civil service who has passed the age of 60yrs with full benefit so the civil service can allow us to bring in Youths that can turn the civil service and the Nation around. A Youngtful civil service would produce more productive Nation.
 
 Secondly, In areas of Police , we wil hire more than 10million younger Youths energetic and ready to protect their Nation with well paid  insurance and medical to serve their fatherland with head up high
 
Third, while we strive to achieve our aim in power sector with the  plan of 12hr stable electricity within the first year then go to 24hr power supply across Nigeria thereby creating thousands of jobs for our Youths if not millions across the 36 states and the federal capital which will also encourage more Youths to go into Engineering more than Bsnking and finance we all rush to these days since Banking sector seems to be the only hope of work for average Youths. 
 
Fourth,  we will borrow the example of developed countries by encouraging Youths to go into Agriculture by goverment giving  land to Nigerians for sole purpose of farming alone to encourage Agriculture and support with modern equipment e.g tractors and technical know-how for  more production of food within the Nation to force down prices of food which today is off the roof to fight hunger in our Country. 
 
Fifthly,  Encourage Vocational educations  and crafts in Medical. Engineering , IT sponsored by Governemt of Nigeria there by making the youth Ready for job market 
 
Sixthly,  Creates Training of Nigerians Youths in areas of Vocational  Mechanical Engineering  so that they can be exposed to been able to fix other foreign cars not just only few ones
 
Seventhly,  create 10million IT jobs over a period of 4yrs or less computerizing every aspect of Government in Nigeria and working with private sector for more job creation in IT sector to bring in more investors.  
 
Finally ,any investors coming to Nigeris will hire our Youths and people as part of their top management team to give Nigerians a short of opportunity in their own Nation. .
 
The above to mention a few would be major starter in our govt while we strive to look for other areas where Nigerian Youths can benefit. 

Keeping Nigerian Safe is the biggest Job of any President and any Govt.

Under my leadership.
We will increase the number of Police forces in Nigeria hiring more Officers and able men making it at least close to the same in the World order of 1 Police to 2-5 Citizens.  Equip Nigerian Police and the Military to cleanse the most vulnerable areas of Nigeria and securely secure our borders . 
Buy more helicopters for the Police to Do surveillance of the Nation not giving room for any hideout for any terrorist group especially in the Northern Part of the Nation where extremist use to hide from time to time.
Strengthen relationship with neighboring countries that borders Nigeria for proper security exchange between these countries. 
Free medical insurance for all Police and military personnel and also a 10 Million Naira compensation for any fallen heroes payable within 30 to 60days of such heroes fall.
Retrain and reequip Nigerian ParaMilitary for proper security of our Nation. 
Creation of Special force within the Military and the Police for sole purpose of special assignment and to equip the best of equipment to March any challenge that may come their way.
Secure our schools in Nigeria with Police detachment to all schools in Nigeria from Pre k to University protecting schools not giving room for any group to invade our schools without notice.
Working with sincere professionals and trustworthy security experts for best and resultful ideas

1. Fix electricity in the first 1yr achieve at least 12hr a daily uninterrupted power supply then move to full 24hr power supply from there gradually before the end of 2nd year.

2. Bring in companies that can finish the ajaokuta mill in less than a year or 2 to keep it running immediately to hire thousands of Nigerians and cut importation of steels to Nigeria by producing enough to also export abroad

3. Retrain Nigerian police. Increase police salary to minimum of 150k per month with fully paid medical for officer and their family and also life insurance for all officers at the tune of N10million for any fallen officer for the family.

4. Return to qualitative free education from pre-k to high school so all Nigerian kids can be educated.

5. Allow investors and businesses to come to do business in Nigeria with tax-free income for 2yrs to help them stabilize and hire 80% Nigerians even at the management level

I will put the best of experts together both home snd abroad and see what’s the problem of the epileptic power supply. we will look into resolving it phase by phase first in the first year to achieve a 12HR daily and stable power then gradually move to 24hr power supply to all Nigerians. Lighting up all major highway roads in the Country.

We will create a world standard hospital in each State and the federal capital at low income affordable rate for all Nigerians  and discourage people from traveling abroad.

 Healthcare will be free for all children and seniors from 62yrs old and widows.
No Nigerians would be turned back from Hospital when they need medical treatment. MEDICAL PERSONNEL WILL GET INTERNATIONAL standard training to compete with the rest of the World. 
Police and their immediate family will get free health insurance
We will Reform the Police sector. RETRAIN the police. Introduce Community Policing system. Improve police salary to a minimum of N150k per month or as suggested by Police union and experts, 
GOVT will be responsible for Police Uniforms. Officers and  immediate family if any  will be qualified for free medical, dental and eye Insurance from govt 100% fully paid for and N10million life insurance for any fallen officer payable to the family within 30 to 60 days after death
I will require all entertainers to pay 10% of their earnings as taxable to govt programs called NLN (NIGERIAN LIFE NUMBER).
which will be equivalent to what Americans use and calls SS which means SOCIAL SECURITY and at age 60 above when they retire they will automatically qualify for Pension from the govt of their country they pay NLN to all their life as pension for them.
I will surely Crackdown on piracy and make pirators minimum of 2 million Naira depending on the gravity of offense up to 20 million Naira maximum for breaking the law of copyrights so that people and players in the entertainment industry can start to enjoy the fruits of their labor.

NIGERIA WILL START A NATIONAL LIFE SYSTEM WHERE EVERYONE WOULD HAVE A NATIONAL LIFE NUMBER NLN AND THIS NUMBER WILL SERVE AS WHAT GOVT WILL BE USED TO SERVE THE PEOPLE OF NIGERIA FROM BIRTH TO DEATH EQUIVALENT TO SOCIAL SECURITY SYSTEM OF OTHER ADVANCED NATION
